I created AI Workforce Connect USA because I believe America’s future in artificial intelligence depends on its people. As AI transforms every industry, I saw the need for a trusted national platform that connects employers with qualified AI professionals while helping individuals discover meaningful careers in AI.
My vision is to build more than a hiring platform. I want AI Workforce Connect USA to become a national community that encourages learning, recognizes achievement, and creates opportunity for people across America, whether they live in a major technology hub or a small rural town.
This platform is my commitment to helping build a stronger, more connected AI workforce for the United States.

American companies are racing to hire AI talent — and talented individuals across the country, many from communities that traditional tech recruiting never reaches, have the skills, the credentials, and the drive to fill those roles. They just needed a bridge.
This platform is that bridge. It’s not just a directory. It’s a national commitment to making sure America’s AI workforce is built on merit, equal access, and opportunity — coast to coast, across every background and zip code.
I’m building this from the ground up because I believe in the American workforce. And I believe the future of AI in America should belong to all Americans.
